Pronovias launches EDEN, with sustainable #WeDoEco dresses

Luxury bridal brand Pronovias presents the new Pronovias Eden collection designed by Alessandra Rinaudo, artistic director of the firm. During the global pandemic, when travel was banned, she wanted to reconnect with the pristine beauty of nature. She tells us, "After this incredible situation we have all lived through, I wanted to offer brides some escapism, and the chance to remember the essential beauty and exoticism of nature. Travelling is a great source of creative inspiration for me. In these times of restricted travel, I wanted to convey that emotion we get when we experience the extreme simplicity and harmony of nature. Each and every one of these designs has a natural, harmonious beauty that became the guiding light of this collection."

Alessandra continues, "This is a very emotional collection for me because some time ago, I travelled with my family to Africa where I discovered unspoilt places full of beauty. Over the past year, I have been returning to these places in in my head, remembering walks in forests and starry night skies. I realized how much nature meant to me, and how much it inspires my designs."

For the same reasons, EDEN features a greater number of #WeDoEco dresses, strengthening the sustainable bridal initiative launched by Pronovias Group 2021. Crafted with specially developed, luxury eco fabrics and trims, they represent one more step forward in the company's long-term plan to bring the bridal industry to higher sustainability standards.

In the EDEN collection, Pronovias signature silhouettes such as mermaid, ballgown and A-line shapes are all available in extended sizing, have been reworked into a purer, more essential expression of bridal glamour, with strong novelty statements:

*Ease of movement and elegant simplicity - inspired by desert dunes and virgin landscapes, clean new silhouettes have been crafted in silky soft fabrics such as satin, chiffon and organza. Artful drapery sculpts the body with comfort, making the dresses relaxed, glamorous and utterly feminine.

*Organic luxury details - enchanting lace placements are paired with unexpected geometric necklines. Artful layering and beautiful blends of rich fabrics. Shimmering fabrics with subtle sparkling effects create depth on soft tulle and organza, like the waves of the desert dunes.

Fashionable versatility - new accessories are introduced to create the perfect bridal look and fashionable ways to dress-up, dress-down or adapt the dress to every different moment of the wedding day. Overskirts, voluminous detachable sleeves, elegant, flowing capes and veils contribute to the head-to-toe elegance of the bride, for various ceremonies and parties.
