The Old Rectory is a stunning Georgian 12 bedroom manor house located in Bletchingley, Surrey. The grounds overall equate to 38 acres of land with 4 acres of formal gardens. The main areas to the side of the house consist of a kitchen walled garden (with two greenhouses) and an Italian courtyard. When approaching the back of the house you are presented with box hedging and topiary gardens; integrated with lavender and some of the most spectacular plants from all over the world. Over the past 30 years they’ve fully developed box parterres, extensive sculptured yew hedges, a 16th century moat and a vast woodland area, more recently the family have restored the water gardens consisting of several ponds, statues and Italian lighting, this is one of their guests favourites especially for weddings. This therefore creates several spaces suitable for a variety of different events. Originally a flat landscape many years ago, to a complete one off with a stunning back drop, The Old Rectory never fails to impress. Our customers are astounded by what they're presented with when coming to visit The Old Rectory Estate - it really is a hidden gem!
