Modern Hall is situated within 125 acres of National Trust Parkland and is surrounded by natural beauty. Inside this Georgian manor house is three function rooms, each with a different style offering the perfect setting for an intimate ceremony or lavish wedding reception. Complete with a contemporary décor, ornate fireplaces and views of the grounds and riverside, this 18th-century country house is offered on an exclusive use basis. There are plenty of places to explore and take photographs, including the river, landscaped gardens full of wildlife and the rose boulevard.

Celebrate in style
The Mulberry Suite is the largest room and is surrounded by natural light with high beams and direct access to the lawns. While the Willow Room has a grand suitcase, ornate fireplace and gorgeous views.

Lastly, the Hawthorn is ideal for intimate celebrations with views of the grounds from the first floor.

The venue offers flexibility with a choice of rooms, two dressing rooms and a tasting event. An outdoor ceremony license is coming soon, so couples will be able to celebrate their big day in the stunning grounds.
