Surrey suppliers go above and beyond

Whatever the weather, your chosen suppliers will want to go that extra mile on your big day - even in the snow! As we found when chatting to Hannah and Kingsley from Croydon's BritishRedBus.

"In the days leading up to Anne and Matt's wedding, and even that morning, we had a few couples and venues call us who had been contacted by their bus company, canceling on them due to 'unforeseen circumstances' i.e. because of the snow," they say of Anne and Matt's March wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel.

"Although they'd been promised a full refund by their suppliers, it meant they did not have a bus to transport their guests.
"We realised our client may be worried also, so we rang to reassure them that we will move heaven and earth, and even snow drifts if necessary, to make sure we were not going to let them down.

"We knew full well the the weather forecast for that day was pretty bad, so we had made provisions and plans to deal with any eventualities. We packed the buses up with shovels, salt and snow chains for the wheels incase we got stuck anywhere, and we planned our day with lots of extra time to make sure we arrived at the venue with plenty of time to spare, just in case.

"Our “terms and conditions” are simple. You have booked with us and we will do everything in our power to arrive, and on time. Even dig a bus out of snow if necessary, and make sure we have the tools and equipment to do so!
