As demand for holidays around the world returns, luxury travel firm Kuoni has returned to Guildford's High Street after a two-year closure. The store, which opened in October 2011, is in a prime location on the cobbled high street, but has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic when international travel was shut down.
Honeymoons and other trips to celebrate special occasions are in demand, according to store manager, Samantha Young. She tells us: "There's clear space in the Guildford market for us to thrive again, and we're already seeing appointment bookings for people who want to come in and talk to us about their next big trip. We're all about the human touch, giving real advice, helping people with their travel plans and making sure that we look after people from the time they book to arriving back home.
