We use fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients sourced locally to create a new kind of Beirut Soul Food. Our vision is to take the flavour of Lebanon and translate it into a dish. We cook over live fire because it makes food taste better. We love simple, honest cooking with loud colours and big bold flavours.
