Meet the team at Longacres Garden Centre

How long have you been in the industry? The Longacres Floristry Department first opened in 1995. Our longest serving florist has worked at the company for more than 30 years! Our team understand just how important flowers are on your special day.

What’s your favourite flower? Our favourite flower has to be a peony. They’re so fragrant and always look impressive, especially when they’ve opened up.

What do you love most about your job? We’re so lucky to have the largest cut flower showroom in the South East of England. Having such a big selection means we’re always surrounded by beautiful blooms which has to be the best part of our job.

Which bouquet have you loved the most and why? Our most loved bouquet was a hand-tied creation that was made up of rich colours, beautiful smelling stocks, flowing foliage and silver eucalyptus.

Best tip for choosing your wedding flowers? Establish a good relationship with your florist. This will ensure they get your vision spot on, and everything falls into place on your special day.
