Painshill was created as a living work of art in the 18th-century and boasts a 14-acre serpentine lake, ornate bridges, romantic ruins, picturesque vistas, and dramatically placed follies that provide stunning views of the surrounding area. Couples who wish to explore will love the on-site buggy and driver, which will be provided to make the most of the grounds.

Celebrate in style
The Gothic Temple is fully licenced and sits at the top of a hill overlooking Painshill Lake. Couples will exchange their vows under the Gothic arches while the guests sit under the aisle of trees that lead up to it.

Following the service, the Amphitheatre Lawn, which leads up to the Temple, can be used exclusively for photos and drinks. A marquee will also be provided to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Painshill doesn’t have the facilities to host receptions, but offer packages with other local venues.
