Blending the timeless charm of a traditional British pub with modern touches, Teller's Arms has opened its doors in Farnham. Formerly a bank dating back to the 1930s, the space has been reimagined into a striking pub complete with nine boutique bedrooms, all-day dining and a new rooftop terrace.
Set to become the go-to destination for locals and tourists alike; at the heart of the pub is its menu, which champions the finest seasonal British ingredients. Curated by head chef Ryan Patterson, great care has been taken to utilise produce from local suppliers to celebrate the best of the region, with suppliers including Farnham Family Butchers, which sources its produce sustainably within a 10-mile radius including grass-fed beef.
From breakfast to dinner, expect a menu to please every tastebud, at the bar, discover a selection of local craft and draught beers running alongside Young's own ale, whilst there's also a concise list of signature cocktails and a range of wines from across the world.
The pub is also home to nine individually designed rooms, each one oozing with character; no two are the same with space for everyone from solo-travellers to families (even four-legged friends). Jam-packed with nods to the building's heritage, each room carefully blends the original features of the neo-classical bank with modern flourishes, whilst also incorporating design elements inspired by the area, from floral furnishings as a nod to the wheat fields, to finishing touches from local suppliers including treat jars and crockery.
