Botanico is a new cake company in Surrey that was founded by self-taught artist and sugar florist, Naomi Burroughes.

Naomi said: “We offer our services in London, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Sussex. Our creations are elegant and romantic with rich textures and intricate sugar floristry. Each cake is meticulously designed and hand-crafted to ensure total originality. We use organically produced eggs, milk, butter, cocoa and chocolate, along with other carefully chosen ingredients. We can also make gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options.

“Consultations are held on selected dates throughout the year or you can order a tasting box that will be delivered to your door. Our most popular flavours include rich chocolate, salted caramel, vanilla, strawberry, carrot, orange, lemon and blueberry.

“I love my job and I think it shows. I'm a real perfectionist who takes the utmost care in making sure I create showstoppers that my clients love just as much as I do.”
