Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room has been awarded a coveted Michelin star

Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room located inside the Grade I listed Great Fosters has been awarded a coveted Michelin star. Tony joined the restaurant in April 2019 and has been in the industry for almost 20 years.

Tony tells us: “I’m thrilled that The Tudor Room has been given a Michelin Star. Serving delicious dishes to the hotels’ guests and visitors is a joy, and I’m pleased that the hard work of the team has been recognised.”
