The Ball & Wicket pub has undergone an extensive six-figure refurbishment

The Ball & Wicket pub, located on the outskirts of Farnham, has undergone an extensive six-figure refurbishment. Previously known as The Forest Inn, the property is part of the Chef & Brewer collection of traditional British country pubs. With a rustic design inspired by the surrounding Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, guests will be met with a neutral and earthy colour scheme as they step foot inside. The ideal spot to find peace after a long day or to enjoy a relaxing pre-wedding meal, the Ball & Wicket will cater for all moments.

Upstairs is a stylish function room for private events, from birthday parties and weddings to business breakfasts. The pub also has a spacious garden area, complete with firepits, outdoor lights and beautiful plants, perfect for cosy nights or al fresco lunches with friends and family.

The general manager at the Ball & Wicket, Dean Oxborough, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to launch our very special pub for the community. The team has been working tirelessly to get everything ready in time for this summer and we’re delighted to be able to give back to our community with this new social hub.
