After many years travelling the world as an IT Consultant, Sally Bosman had a total career change in 2020, becoming a personal travel consultant just before the world shut down! “I made good use of my lockdown start,” she says, “advising people about refunds, traffic-light lists, travel requirements and so on, until the world began to open up again.” Unlikely though it may have seemed at the time, Covid gave her a head start to offering great customer service with a personal touch and most of her first clients still book their holidays with her today.
