Choosing a hair style to suit multiple bridesmaids

Choosing a hair style to suit multiple bridesmaids

When it comes to dressing your bridesmaids, however many you have, you could either opt to have a similar style as you or go for something completely different. This is where your professional stylist will come into their own, as they will be able to advise you on what's best, given the time you have to get ready. Something simple is often best for maids. For example, a quick up do can work wonders as opposed to tirelessly tonging hair for hours.... read more

We interview local photographer, Fiona Elizabeth. She tells us: "What a year it has been. To all those brides and grooms who have had to cancel or postpone their wedding, I am truly sorry. We interview local hair and make-up artist, Hanna Wildman

I then learnt how to apply make-up and began building a reputation in fashion editorial, advertising campaigns and pop promos. Hair and make-up aren't work for me, I love to create, and these skills have led me to film in fabulous locations and be part of TV dramas and London Fashion Week to mention a few. I love to share this wealth of experience, knowledge and confide with 'real women' and help them feel like a leading lady!... read more

How will law reforms impact weddings

How will law reforms impact weddings

In the biggest reform proposed to England's marriage ceremony law the Government's legal advisors have recommended that couples be allowed to marry in whatever outdoor location they choose. The current law, which prohibits couples from marrying in anything other than a permanent structure with a roof if the ceremony is to be solemnised legally, has been largely unchanged since 1836. The Law Commission (an independent body which scrutinises legislation) are wishing to radically modernise the current antiquated laws. There is a strong consensus from the public that reform is desperately required as the current laws are not fit for purpose nor are they reflective of the way in which people wish to solemnise their relationship.... read more
