Set within 12 acres of private grounds, high on Nutfield Ridge, the Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa’s tree-lined driveway provides a grand entrance for guests. This Victorian mansion dates back to 1872 and was inspired by the Neo-Gothic splendour of The Palace of Westminster. With towering turrets, mullioned windows with intricate stone tracery, wood-panelled walls and marble fireplaces, the property has plenty of places to take photographs.

Ceremonies can take place in The Worth (15) this was the original morning room fo the house and has floor-to-ceiling Gothic windows and an original fireplace.

The Gibson (80) has wood panelling, an ornately carved ceiling and an original marble fireplace.

Finally, the largest banqueting room, The Fielden Suite, has its own terrace, private bar and cloakrooms, and can accommodate up to 100 loved ones.

After the ‘I dos’ receptions take place in The Worth (12), The Gibson (60) and The Fielden Suite which can seat up to 100 guests for the wedding breakfast and 140 for the evening reception. Alternatively, the Leigh Room can hold 28 loved ones.

Couples tying the knot here can enjoy overnight accommodation on the night of the wedding, discounted rates for guests, one month’s free health club membership for the couple before the wedding day and a menu tasting for two.
