Q – I have thick shoulder-length hair. Do you have any ideas of how I could style it for my summer wedding?
"Shoulder-length hair is perfect for a summer wedding and is very adaptable depending on your style and theme. If your wedding is more of a relaxed boho affair, then wear your hair down with textured curls. It’s simple yet effective, and you could even add the wow factor with a flower crown or a pearl hair slide.
"Alternatively, if you’re looking for an up do, opt for a soft bun pulled away from your face with romantic curls. This will stay in place throughout the day, and you could even add a veil, tiara or slide.
"Brides-to-be think having thick tresses is a problem for their trial when in fact, hairdressers love it. The camera decreases the volume of your locks, so we have to make sure it’s big enough to still feature in your photos. Thick hair means we have more to play with and, therefore, more options."
