How to look after your hair and skin in the run-up to your wedding

Bride

Q – How can I look after my hair and skin in the run-up to my wedding?

"Around six months before the wedding, begin cleansing your skin every morning and night. Fortnightly face masks are also a good way to deeply cleanse your skin.

"Get your hair trimmed ready for the big day, but be cautious with highlights and colouring and don’t do anything drastic until you talk to your stylist. If you’re doing your own hair and make-up, make sure your hair colour is exactly right a week before the wedding."
