How to incorporate Pantone’s colour of the year into your make-up

I’d love to incorporate Pantone’s colour of the year, Very Peri, into my make-up. Do you have any ideas of how I could do this without it being overpowering?

"You could have so much fun with a ‘Very Peri’ look, just as Lady Gaga did at the House of Gucci UK premiere back in November. Go for periwinkle blue hues with violet-red undertones.

"Try a cool matte lavender eyeshadow, such as Shale or Scene by MAC, and if you’re feeling adventurous, you could add a pop of shimmer with NARS Hardwired Eyeshadow in Argentina or Lunar.

"Add a flick of gel eyeliner or a smudge in a grungy Kohl liner and keep your lips muted with nude, matt lipstick or a subtle shimmery pale lipgloss.

"Anastasia Norvina Eye Palette would be beautiful for these hues and would be perfect for a spring or summer wedding, especially if the looks ties in with lavender or purple tones in your flowers."
